A retired pastor in Northern Ireland says he is deeply concerned about the future of free speech and public preaching after being convicted and fined for sharing John 3:16 near a hospital.
Clive Johnston, 78, responded to the ruling by saying:
“At 78 years old, I never imagined I would leave a courtroom with a criminal conviction for preaching the Christian gospel.”
