You are still my utmost priority in life

Dear heavenly Father, examine my heart and check if You are still my utmost priority in life. I confess that I sometimes trust in my own instincts and principles more than in Your words. Remind me that what I know about the Bible is useless for other people unless I apply these truths and show them how it is done. Make me a good example for other believers in my relationship and service for You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
