You know all my struggles

Dear God, You are my strength and fortress. You know all my struggles. You know all my enemies. Please help me to overcome all my struggles. Save me from my enemies. I really believe that if you are with me, nobody can stand against me. Lord, I offer my life to you. Please take care of me and also my family. You are the safest place on Earth.
