Let me make this clear: I understand that there have been some wrongful arrests of immigrants who are trying to make it in this country the right way. And that is truly sad. I know firsthand how hard it is to work with government systems—TRUST ME. But the truth is, wrongful arrests have happened under EVERY administration, and wrongful arrests occasionally happen with other situations too. It’s not isolated to immigrants. We may not have the perfect solution yet, but you’re DEFINITELY not going to solve the problem by protesting, obstructing, mocking, whipping up emotional frenzy and violence, and irrationally fearing our law enforcement. While they sadly may get it wrong every once in a while (as people do in every industry), they’re also doing a LOT of good in keeping us safe from REAL wicked people, and there’s plenty of proof to back that.
