The East Plano Islamic Center (EPIC) in Plano, Texas, filed a lawsuit seeking to stop Christian evangelists from preaching and sharing their faith near the mosque. They argued the message was offensive—and asked the court to restrict it.
But the evangelists were:
1) on public property
2) hundreds of feet away
3) their speech was protected under the Constitution.
The lawsuit failed.
