Georgia Pastor Links Trump to Old Testament Judgment

During the sermon, the pastor told his congregation, “Don’t say anything negative about the president. Just pray for him,” adding that Trump can only be understood by reading the Old Testament and seeing “how God used men to judge and destroy.”

He said that “on one side, Donald Trump is doing God’s will,” while at the same time “producing the very vengeance that’s going to cause people to attack us in the future,” stating that this outcome is “ordained.”

The pastor claimed that people in Nigeria were “dancing” because Trump sent U.S. military forces there in response to violence against Christians, describing the action as retaliation against terrorists.

He also told the congregation that he learned Trump had “bombed Venezuela and kidnapped the president and his wife,” calling the situation “crazy,” and alleged that the U.S. military had been bombing drug boats in recent weeks. He further claimed there was “overwhelming evidence” linking Venezuela’s president to drug trafficking.

Throughout the sermon, the pastor argued that while many criticize Trump, “every time he does something, the people rejoice.” He concluded by saying people should not make decisions based on emotion, but instead consider how God uses individuals, stating that when God judges evil, “the men He uses are always crazy.”
