Hannah Harper Wins American Idol With Faith-Filled Testimony

Hannah Harper, a 26-year-old mother of three from Missouri, has officially won this season of “American Idol” after a journey that openly highlighted her Christian faith, motherhood, and testimony of overcoming postpartum depression.

During the finale, Harper became emotional as she performed Chris Tomlin’s “At The Cross (Love Ran Red),” singing lyrics about surrendering her life to Christ while fellow contestants and judges surrounded her on stage. After the win, she thanked everyone who supported and prayed for her and spoke about being grateful for the opportunities God had given her.

Throughout the season, Harper consistently pointed back to her faith, calling motherhood “the greatest ministry” God entrusted to her. Harper said she hopes her story reminds people that no one is beyond God’s reach and that He can meet people wherever they are.
