Help me to overcome the temptation

My Sovereign Lord, if at times I am caught up with the busy schedule and tasks, please help me to remember that I can take a rest. Just like how you rested on the 7th day, may I also remind myself to rest in You. Please help me to overcome the temptation to overwork and glorify busyness. May I find time to pause and be in Your presence. In Jesus Name I pray, Amen.
