House Passes Bill to Restrict Gender Ideology Funding in Schools

The U.S. House of Representatives has passed the “Stopping Indoctrination and Protecting Kids Act” (H.R. 2616), legislation aimed at restricting the use of federal education funds for teaching or promoting gender ideology in public elementary and middle schools.

The bill would also require parental consent before schools make certain gender-related changes involving a child, including changes to names, pronouns, or access to sex-specific facilities.

The bill must still pass the Senate and receive presidential approval before taking effect.

Let’s pray it does!
