Jaden Ivey Waived After Pride Comments

Jaden Ivey is speaking out after being waived by the Chicago Bulls. The team released him for “conduct detrimental to the team”—just hours after he went live on social media.

In those videos, Ivey didn’t hold back.

He called out the NBA’s promotion of Pride Month, saying:

“They proclaim it on billboards… they celebrate unrighteousness.”

Shortly after, he was gone.

Now he’s pushing back publicly:

“Why didn’t they just say they disagree with my stance?”
“What did I actually do to the team?”

He says he showed up, did his job, and was a good teammate. But according to him, the real issue wasn’t basketball, it was his belief in the truth of the Bible.

When you speak boldly about Jesus, it comes with a cost (but ultimately blessing). The question is… are you willing to pay it?
