“Hunter Armstrong, a gold medalist on the U.S. Olympic swim team, said he feels he has “no other choice” but to make God a daily priority in his life.
Speaking to Baptist Press, Armstrong shared, “I keep God as a priority. I can’t really live without Him. I can live without swimming or being an Olympian or any of that stuff.”
The 23-year-old made the remarks shortly after winning gold at the Olympic Games in Paris, where he swam the third leg of the men’s 4×100 freestyle relay in 46.75 seconds—the fastest split among his American teammates.”
