Pray First, Not Suspicion

TRUMP CANNOT BE DOING THIS BY SATAN’S POWER

What Jesus Actually Said

Jesus said, “Whoever is not against us is for us” (Mark 9:40).

He also said a kingdom divided against itself cannot stand, and that Satan cannot cast out Satan (Mark 3:24 to 26).

That means darkness does not fight darkness. Evil does not wage war on itself.

What That Means For President Trump

If President Trump is confronting lawlessness, speaking the name of Jesus, protecting the church, calling a nation to prayer, and publicly pointing people toward God, then it makes no biblical sense to claim this is satanic power.

You can question his flaws, but Scripture says the enemy does not undermine himself.

What About Mixed Motives

Some believers say, even if he says the right things, his motives might be wrong.

Paul already addressed this.

“Whether from false motives or true, Christ is preached. And because of this, I rejoice.” (Philippians 1:18)

Paul cared about the gospel advancing, not the purity of every messenger.

What Christians Are Commanded To Do

Scripture commands prayer for leaders, not prayer only for leaders you trust.

If you do not like a leader, that is not a reason to pray less. That is a reason to pray more.

Why This Matters For The Nation

“Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord.” (Psalm 33:12)

When a leader calls a nation back to God, the church should not respond with suspicion first.

The church should respond with prayer first.

✅ Practical Implication

You can be politically cautious and still biblically obedient.

Pray for President Trump.
Pray for his protection.
Pray for repentance.
Pray that Christ is magnified in America.

The question is not whether he deserves it.
The question is whether you will obey Scripture.
