America Reads the Bible will launch April 18 with a live-streamed celebration from National Community Church in Washington, D.C., marking America’s 250th birthday.
Streamed by Great American Pure Flix, the event will feature voices like Patricia Heaton, Candace Cameron Bure, and Bunni Pounds, who founded the initiative.
From April 19–25, more than 475 leaders and 100 ministries will read the Bible aloud from Genesis to Revelation at the Museum of the Bible, inviting Americans nationwide to participate in person or online as a call to return to Scripture and faith.
