Chris Pratt recently told Relevant Magazine that if the biggest thing his fame ever accomplishes is helping “bring God into people’s lives,” he’d be totally satisfied.
He said he’s trying to live out Matthew 5:14, explaining, “I’m trying to be a light… you can’t hide it.” Pratt shared that his faith shows up mostly through “using my platform periodically to express my faith.”
He admitted he doesn’t know what it means for his career, but he’s seen real impact when people come up to him and say, “Hey, that’s really cool you say that.”
Pratt said he hopes his posts might even reach someone who’s struggling or searching: maybe “the one out there… praying for a sign” who sees an Instagram video and thinks, “Maybe that’s the sign.”
He added that even if he never acted again, he’d feel good knowing his life was “orchestrated” for that purpose: “That would be the greatest outcome.”
