Deadly Iranian Drone Strike in Kuwait Leaves U.S. Troops Hospitalized

An Iranian drone strike on a U.S. tactical operations center in Kuwait on March 1 was far more severe than initially reported.

The attack killed six U.S. service members and left dozens wounded, with injuries including traumatic brain injuries, burns, shrapnel wounds, and memory loss. More than 30 troops remain hospitalized.

Pentagon officials say about 140 U.S. service members have been injured since the war with Iran began.
