Faith-Fueled Leadership Beyond Politics

Erika Kirk encouraged students involved with Turning Point USA to see their participation as part of something bigger than politics, emphasizing that faith and values should guide their leadership.

Speaking to students, she reminded them that joining Club America means becoming part of a nationwide “family” committed to making a difference.

Erika especially addressed Christian students who may face criticism for their beliefs, telling them not to be discouraged but to see it as part of their faith journey. “If you are a believer in Christ and you are getting persecuted for your faith and your values… count it all joy. You are being persecuted because you believe in Jesus Christ.”

She urged young men and women to stand firm in their convictions and live with purpose, reminding them that life is short but meaningful when dedicated to something greater.

Erika also encouraged young women not to compare themselves to others, saying, “God has created you for a purpose and a reason far greater than you and I will ever know on this side of heaven.”
