Jonathan Roumie, who portrays Jesus in The Chosen, led 1,400 Catholics in praying at the National Catholic Prayer Breakfast in Washington, D.C.
Later he shared a heartfelt message on social media, reminding followers that “God’s Mercy is infinite—ever-present, ever-available the moment we call upon Him.”
He reflected on how filming the Crucifixion deeply impacted his faith, saying it “etched that truth into my soul in a way I will never forget.”
