Kathy Ireland says her life changed at 18 when she read the Gospel of Matthew alone in a Paris apartment and decided to follow Jesus. Though she grew up believing in God, that moment made her faith personal and reshaped how she viewed success and identity.
As her modeling career soared, Ireland said understanding her worth as “a daughter of the King” gave her confidence to reject compromise and refuse to base her identity on appearance or fame. She later built one of the most successful woman-owned licensing businesses in the U.S., but says achievement was never her foundation.
Now a mother and grandmother, Ireland leads a weekly Bible study and is passionate about biblical literacy. She credits daily prayer and Scripture with grounding her life and says her greatest hope is to point others to Jesus.
