A multi-agency operation led by the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office rescued 37 missing children, ages 14–17, during Operation Safe Return from March 2–6.
Some of the children were victims of crimes including child sex trafficking and sexual assault. Authorities made seven arrests, including one federal arrest, while 13 cases remain under investigation.
