Pastor Greg Laurie addressed questions about the recent war involving Iran and whether it relates to Bible prophecy, urging believers not to panic or speculate about dates.
While noting that Ezekiel 38 references “Persia”—often identified by Bible teachers as modern-day Iran—as part of a future coalition against Israel, Laurie emphasized that Scripture does not reveal the timing of Christ’s return.
Instead, he encouraged Christians to remain watchful, prayerful, and focused on sharing the Gospel. “The right response isn’t panic,” he said, “but prayer, faith, and getting the gospel to as many people as possible,” stressing that only Christ can bring true peace.
