Joshua Trujillo, the son of California pastor and anti-violence advocate Rudy Trujillo, was killed in a shooting Saturday night following an argument at a party in Santa Clarita.
Authorities say Joshua allegedly shot another man during the dispute before an uninvolved bystander shot and killed him. The other victim remains in critical condition.
Church leaders remembered Joshua as a faithful servant who helped run Sunday services and encouraged others in their walk with God. Interim Pastor Mike Martin said, “Joshua Trujillo is in the presence of the Lord.”
