Christian author and ministry leader Nancy DeMoss Wolgemuth announced that her husband, Robert Wolgemuth, has passed away, sharing a moving testimony of faith, worship, and hope in Christ during his final moments.
Wolgemuth said Robert, who often texted her the word “Safe” after arriving at destinations, has now reached his final one—“safely Home.” Surrounded by family, prayer, and hymns, Robert took his last breath as the song Come to Jesus played, prompting his brother to say, “He just flew to Jesus.”
Though grieving, Nancy expressed confidence that Robert is now fully alive in Christ, resting in eternal joy through God’s grace, and she pointed to the promise of resurrection and the hope of being reunited again one day.
