Trump Addresses 2026 March for Life in Washington

President Donald J. Trump delivered a message as thousands gathered in Washington for the 2026 March for Life, thanking “students, families, patriots, and believers” who came to defend the “God-given dignity of every human life.”

“For 53 years,” Trump said, Americans have marched to “stand up for the unborn,” calling life an “eternal truth” and every child “a gift from God.”

Trump noted that six years ago he became the first U.S. president to attend the March in person, and highlighted what he described as major pro-life victories during his first term, including appointing judges who interpret the Constitution “as written.”

He encouraged believers to continue rebuilding a culture of life across the nation, saying this battle must be won “above all in the hearts and souls of the people.”

Trump also emphasized his administration’s commitment to defending religious liberty, supporting faith-based adoption and foster care, and opposing taxpayer-funded abortion.

“We’re bringing back faith in America,” he said. “We’re bringing back God.”
