Actor Zachary Levi says he has come to see the beauty of “radical surrender” to God — a complete trust in His plan, even when life turns out very differently than expected.
Speaking about the themes behind ‘The Unbreakable Boy’, Levi emphasized that real peace, love, and joy begin to flow when people stop resisting God’s will and instead accept it fully. Life often unfolds in ways that challenge our expectations. Dreams shift. Struggles come. In those moments, it is easy to question God or feel disappointed. But Levi suggests that wrestling against God’s plan is ultimately futile.
“Do you know that I know more than you?” he said, describing what he believes is God’s gentle reminder to humanity. God sees the bigger picture. Even when circumstances feel painful or confusing, He is working with a wisdom beyond our understanding.
Levi acknowledges that surrender is rarely easy. Faith is often shaped through hardship. Yet he believes there is light on the other side of struggle. When people trust God deeply — even in suffering — they discover that He brings purpose out of pain and hope out of difficulty.
